Domestic Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options based on your location and urgency.
- Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 3β7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1β3 business days to select metro cities.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders over βΉ599.
3. Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable delivery across 19,000+ pin codes, we partner with leading logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with a unique tracking number. You can track your package directly on the courier partner's website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package.
- Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to our warehouse.
- Reshipping: For RTO orders, a reshipping fee may apply if the failure was due to incorrect customer information.
6. Damages
If you receive a damaged package, please take a photo/video of the tampered outer packaging before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
