How to Use

Kashaya for Treating Fevers:
Mix 1 tbsp of FOODHERBS Swertia Chirata Powder in 2 cups of water. Boil the mixture until it becomes half. Filter the liquid and consume three to four times a day to pacify recurrent fevers.
